Registering |

You can browse the
hire items available at any time without being a member, but to rent an item, you must be a member. There are no site charges for hiring items from other members; you simply pay the Owner directly for the hire of any item they offer.
To become a member, simply click on the Join Up!
link. Choose a user name which you can easily remember, and fill in
the other required fields. Your password will automatically be
generated and emailed to you. You can change your password at any
time by choosing the Membership Home option and then clicking the Change
Your Password link.
You only need to register once, as
you can change your user information at any time by choosing Membership Home, and then clicking the Edit My Registration link.
Notes: There may only be one
account per email address. The Hire Hub will not let you create more
than one account with the same email address. |

Hiring |

Once you have an
active account, you are ready to hire items. Simply navigate to the
item you want to hire via the category listings or using the search
features, check the item availability, and then mark on the diary when you'd like to hire it. |

It is highly
recommended that you read over all terms and
conditions associated with an hire item before you place your order. Please note that by hiring an item, you are legally bound to the hire of the item from the owner. |

Completing
the Transaction |

Once an item has been hired
an email will be sent to both the hirer and the owner containing contact
information for the the other party. If you are hiring the item you should
immediately contact the owner to arrange payment and delivery. The owner may also contact you via the contact information
you provided upon registration. |

Leaving Feedback |
| |
1. |
You should always
leave feedback on the owner after completing a hire. This
lets other users know what to expect from the owner, whether that be good
or bad. You can reach the feedback form by clicking on the Leave
Feedback link on the item detail page. Please restrain
from using foul or obscene language, as other users may be offended.
Inappropriate feedback will be deleted. |
