Certain items may not be rented or hired on The Hire Hub for legal reasons and you should not attempt to hire or rent such items. If any items appear on the site then these items, at The Hire Hub's discretion, may be removed from the The Hire Hub with appropriate sanctions placed on the Owner.

You should also check that your ownership of the item you intend to rent permits you to do so. Certain items, such as DVDs, CDs may contain material such as video, music, software, etc, that is protected by licence terms preventing the rental of the item. Please also refer to our terms and conditions.

Alcohol

Animals and wildlife products

Any non-transferable item

Counterfeit items including currency and stamps

Credit or payment cards

Drugs and drug paraphernalia, whether prescription or otherwise.

Embargoed items

Any item encouraging or endorsing illegal action

Firearms or ammunition, explosives or fireworks

Franking machines

Tickets (travel or otherwise) or membership entitlements

Identities, identification material, licences and uniforms

Human parts and remains

Lockpicking devices

Mailing lists and personal information

Pyramid or multi-level sales or matrix trading schemes

Material likely to offend

Recalled or dangerous items

Satellite, digital and cable TV decoders

Shares and securities

Stolen items

Tobacco and tobacco products

Train tickets

Travel vouchers

Unlocking software
